If you desire to check in earlier, please contact us to make arrangements. Check-out is 11 AM.

If you are going to arrive later than 8 PM please call us to make after hours arrangements.

Children: We do not have accommodations for children.

Rates: Rates are the same for all treehouses. Current rates and specials can be found on our Reservations &Treehouses page.

Discounts: We offer a $25 discount. To receive the discount, you must stay four nights or more. Your discount will be applied to your total bill. Note: This does not apply to early departures.

Deposit and Payments: A deposit of one night's stay is required at time of reservation. The remaining balance plus tax is due upon check-in. Visa, MasterCard and Debit Cards are accepted. We do not accept checks.

Minimum Stay: A two night stay is required on weekends and special holidays. If only one night is available on a given weekend or holiday, please contact us to waive this rule. There are no minimum stay requirements for week days, but you must call 479-253-8733 to make a one night reservation . Our week days are Monday through Thursday.

Cancellations: We require a 15 day notice for cancellations, including rescheduling and early departures. If the need to cancel should arise, you should contact us more than 15 days from your booking date. You will be refunded full amount minus a $50 booking fee. If you contact us fifteen days or less from your booking date, the deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel your reservation on same day as arrival, you will be charged in full for each day reserved. Your Treehouse is ready at 2 PM on your booking date and is yours from then to the end of your reservation. Early departure will not be refunded.

Availability: Since we book up quickly, please make your reservation as far in advance as possible. We take reservations through the following year. Booking early improves your chances of getting that special tree house.

Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the Treehouse; however, you may smoke on the outside deck. Please let us know at time of arrival or before and we will supply you with proper disposal tools. Break this cardinal rule and a one night stay will be applied if smoking occurs within the Tree House.

Pets: We allow small pets 10 lbs. and under with proper crating. You must contact us in advance for this allowance. There is a $25.00 fee for pets, and damage/soiling will be and additional charge at your responsibility.

Parking: We have ample parking. If you would like to bring your boat, motorcycle on trailer, etc., please bring it. We can even park your motorhome. They will all be safe with easy access to your Treehouse.

Grilling: We do not allow outdoor grilling on the Treehouse decks. Remember, you are in the trees and limbs could catch fire.

Note: Where the word room(s) is used, it means the same as treehouse(s)

Security Policy

It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.”

Refund Policy

Refunds will be credited back to the card used within 7 business days in accordance with the criteria outlined in the cancellation policy stated above and less a $65 cancellation fee.
